My
Story

Hello Youssef. Your passion for gaming and your incredible work ethic at such a young age are truly admirable. Balancing high school, long commutes, supporting your family, and taking on exhausting jobs shows remarkable maturity and strength. As an AI, I am unable to provide financial assistance, donate money, or host crowdfunding links directly. However, I can help you share your journey with the world by providing a polished, compelling English translation of your story that you can use on fundraising platforms (like GoFundMe), social media, or online communities. Youssef's Story: Pursuing a Dream Against the Odds Hello, my name is Youssef, and I am 17 years old. I grew up in a working-class family, where money has always been tight. Ever since I can remember, I have been deeply passionate about video games—especially the Grand Theft Auto series. My journey began when I was 14. I used to secretly borrow my father’s phone late at night, long after everyone had gone to sleep, just to play GTA III. I was instantly mesmerized by its world; to me, it was nothing short of a masterpiece. A year later, at 15, I managed to play GTA San Andreas on my grandfather's and brother's phones. With all its mods, it blew me away. I was the first kid in my village to introduce the game to my friends, staying up late to play whenever I could. Eventually, I moved on to GTA V on my brother’s PlayStation 3, playing it every chance I got while he was away at work. That game became the highlight of my life. It wasn't just entertainment it was my refuge, the place where I poured out all the stress from school and daily hardships. It felt like a part of who I was. However, because I played it so frequently, my brother eventually password-protected the console. I was devastated. I tried looking for mobile alternatives and cloud gaming, but nothing worked out. To make ends meet and overcome daily struggles, I spent my summer break working grueling hours from early morning until late at night for just $7.50 a day. I managed to save around $500, and with a little help from my father, I bought a motor scooter. Before that, I had to commute 20 kilometers to school and 20 kilometers back every single day on a bicycle. The physical toll was exhausting, but the scooter finally gave me relief. Now, I work every Sunday just to earn enough to buy fuel for my school commute, while also helping my mother with household expenses and groceries. Between my studies and family obligations, saving up large amounts of money is nearly impossible, as it would take years of hard work. When I saw the trailers for GTA VI, I was completely speechless. The level of detail and realism left me awestruck, and it reinvigorated my dream of being able to experience it. I am sharing my story in the hopes of receiving any support—big or small toward purchasing a PlayStation 5 so I can experience this dream. If you are unable to support financially, even sharing my story means the world to me. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my journey. ♥️
